TACITA, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD), informs you about the processing of your personal data.

  • Order management: We process your data to process and ship your order and for after-sales support. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
  • Commercial communications: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we'll send you news and seasonal selections. Legal basis: consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Legal obligations: We keep certain data to comply with tax and accounting obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation.

Data retention

We keep order data for as long as necessary for the commercial relationship and for the mandatory legal periods (usually 5 years for accounting data).

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties, except with service providers necessary for order management (carriers, payment platform) who act as data processors and are subject to confidentiality and data protection agreements.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and restrict the processing of your data, as well as the right to portability. You can exercise them by writing to hola@tacita.es. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
