General terms of sale

These terms govern the commercial relationship between TACITA and the customer who places an order at tacita.es. By confirming an order, the customer accepts these terms.

1. Products and availability

Products are subject to stock availability. Photographs are indicative and may differ slightly from the actual product in terms of colour depending on your screen. TACITA reserves the right to modify the catalogue without prior notice.

2. Prices

All prices shown include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are shown itemised before you confirm the order.

3. Purchase process

The sales contract is formalised at the moment the customer receives the order confirmation by email. TACITA reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of a pricing or stock error.

4. Payment

The available payment methods are shown during checkout. All payments are processed securely through the payment platform integrated into the site.

6. Right of withdrawal

The customer has 14 calendar days from receiving the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November (consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users). See our returns policy for more details.

7. Warranties

Products are covered by the 2-year legal warranty of conformity provided for under Spanish law. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours of receipt at hola@tacita.es, attaching photographs of the item and the packaging. This recommendation does not affect your legal warranty rights.

8. Liability

TACITA is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the products. TACITA's total liability may in no case exceed the amount paid by the customer.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the consumer's domicile.
